For Happiness, Bob Marley Said it Best, Don’t Worry!

In one of my all-time favorite TedTalks “Harvard psychology professor Dan Gilbert presents research which clearly makes the case that happiness is something we invent. It is not something that happens to us.”

In a real, definable way, we create our own reality, our own experience. How we view a situation makes a quantifiable difference.  Happiness is a matter of choice. The spin we put on a thing matters.
